CUSTOMER POLICY
We guarantee our work for 72 hours after your service. This includes chips, polish damage, or a broken nail and is free of charge to fix.
Kindly note that a 30% service fee will apply to reschedules and cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance.
We value your time and ours, therefore we would like to remind you that we will charge 100% of your service fee in the case of a no-show.
Your health and safety is imperative to us, therefore, if there are any wounds on your hands or nails we may decline your service. This includes non-healthy nails/disease or fungus.
It is important to know if there are any health concerns or issues that may affect your service. Diabetes for example, is very common, but important that we know in order to take extra care for your skin and nail health.
If you’re late for your appointment for any reason, please text us and let us know. We will do our best to fit you in or reschedule for a different time/date. We want to make sure we have enough time for your services.
We don't offer pedicures with Acrylic, Hard Gel, Dip, or Gelx at the same time as it puts a lot of strain on our staff ergonomically. Please book your pedicure before or after a nail extension service.
Please note that we have a new card terminal and there is a processing fee of 2.5% will now be applicable for all transactions
For groups larger than 5, we ask for a 20% deposit to secure your appointment. This can be done under one person.
If you are dissatisfied during your service, we ask that you please speak up so we can make it right before you leave. We wish to ensure customer satisfaction, high quality customer service and guarantee all work while you are in the salon. Unfortunately, if you do not speak up during your service, we will not offer a refund or credit.
Please respect our policies in place. We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
