Booking an Appointment

To book an appointment, please send us a text message with as much detail as possible as to the services you are looking for. Please be sure to include your name, date/time preferred, service desired, a contact number, and any add-ons you’d like (such as detailed or complicated nail art).

Daily Staff Practices

Every member of our team will have a mask and safety glasses at all times to cover their nose, mouth, and eyes.
All employees will have their temperature checked and recorded in our daily log at the beginning of each shift.
We use medical grade disinfectants and sterilization practices for all tools and surfaces after each client.

Here’s some things you need to know prior to your appointment

Please fill out this waiver form prior to your appointment.
Always have a mask on. No Mask, No Service.
Proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test required, with valid ID.
At this time we are accepting cash, credit cards and gift cards.
Please send a text message or leave a voicemail to book your appointment. At this time our front desk is very busy with our rigorous cleaning and disinfecting schedule which makes it hard to take phone calls. Thank you for your understanding.

New Safety Procedures

Sneeze guards have been placed at each of our manicure stations as well as our front desk to ensure protection for both staff and guests.
Hand sanitizer and washing stations will be available to use at every station.
Staff and clients will be required to wear masks at all times while in the salon. The mask MUST cover both your nose and your mouth.
If you do not have a mask of your own, we will provide one to you.
Each station and that stations tools will be thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each client. We have set aside 10 minutes between each client to do so.
We ask that you bring only the necessities with you to your appointment such as keys, phone, and wallet.
White Lotus Bothell will be CLOSED on WEDNESDAY’s until further notice.
White Lotus Ballard will be CLOSED on TUESDAY’S until further notice.
